Initial Consultation, 20 to 50 minutes

Individual Session, 50 minutes

$120

Individual Session, 80 minutes

(Please check with your insurance provider whether longer therapy sessions are covered)

Psychotherapy is not covered by OHIP. However, if you have access to an extended health insurance plan you may be eligible for full or partial coverage for psychotherapy. Please note that I do not offer direct billing, but I can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to see if your plan covers a Registered Psychotherapist. It is better to do this before your first appointment. Fees paid to a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario may be claimed as a “medical expense” on your Revenue Canada income tax return.

Please ensure to give a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Missed sessions/No Shows or Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the session cost.
